Confirmation
Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring this confirmation to the registration desk at the Congress Center as proof of your registration.
Invitation letter
The organizers will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to any individual requesting one, once their registration and fee has been received to facilitate the request for visa and you may request such letter from the Conference Secretariat at . It is understood that such an invitation is intended to assist potential participants in raising travel funds. There is no commitment on the part of the Conference to provide any financial support.
Payment
Registration fees are payable in CHF in advance to the Conference Secretariat by credit card only (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) during the registration process.
Registration will be valid only upon receipt of the full payment by the Conference Secretariat according to the deadline indicated above.
Cancellation / name change
Refund of fees, less 25% administrative charges, can be applied for in writing to until 27 April 2018 to the congress secretariat. After this date, no refund will be possible. Please note that full payment is also required if a registered delegate will not participate at the congress. Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time. For any change of names, a fee of CHF 50.- will be charged.
Responsibility
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organizers should the holding of the conference be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by "force majeure", or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes. With his/her registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
By accepting the general terms and conditions, the participant declares that he/she agrees to personal and company data being processed by Congrex Switzerland Ltd.
